So can anxiety cause ear issues?
Here's an example:
When I Drive or leave the house, I end up going to a small panic attack every time. But while I'm driving I noticed that my ears puff up on the inside. Every time. With this ear fullness I feel dizzy when ever I turn my head. Which of course sets off my anxiety so hard core. Also going over speed bumps causes the same effect.
The dizzyness is different. It makes me feel as if someone is trying to shut my eyes while violently spinning me around on a merry go round. It's fast, wobbly, and even causes some vision distortions. I'll get odd black warps in my vision. Like as if you touched your eyeball really really hard through your eye lid and get that visual disturbance? Like that!
Just wanted to know if anyone else has this. Or maybe an anxiety of driving? Not too sure. Any help would be wildly appreciated.
