Guys i woke up this morning and the back of my right thigh is all achy and also my side where my ribs are. If i press them they feel bruised. Im now panicking its something serious. Can anyone relate to this. I havent been to the gym so it cant be that?

You probably slept funny. Or pulled it but forgot about it.
