My head feels so tight and numb all over 24/7, I feel really disconnected from my head and body, I have severe off balanced issues, it feels like I'm constantly bobbing up and down and swaying side to side I can even feel the ground going up and down and tilting, my head feels like it's high and drunk or like I've just got through doing some bad drug, my muscles all over are constantly severely fatigued I can't do things for very long, another things that's really scary is that I feel like I don't kno where my legs and arms are, they feel detached from my body, when I'm doing things they feel extremely light and weightless like they are not mine, and there just floating in space, my movements tend to freeze up while I'm walking or using my arms and it's really scary, it's like a delay from my brain to me moving my limbs

Have you been to the doctors? And I can relate I've felt like this a lot lately!!! The head tightness is a tension headache!!! Sounds like your going through a really rough patch with anxiety!

I get this way sometimes. The headaches are something. I always have a stern look on my face that causes them. I also figured out that I'm a chest breather and that's why my chest and neck hurt. Ad for your legs and arms you might be tensing up without knowing.

Kinda sounds like your over thinking your movements. Try not to focus on it. Focus on the task you are doing.

How old are you? From what I know the older you get the more things jump out of your hands. Stuff jumps my hands too and as far as I know I'm healthy. It's gonna feel like you have no control if your worrying about your movements.

What did the Dr. tell you it was when you went? That should have helped maybe?

They don't kno they just all give me anxiety pills, I've tested positive for Lyme disease so I've been taking antibiotics and so far nothing has helped

If you're positive for Lyme it's going to take a while to get it out of your system. Middle to late Lyme takes quite a bit of antibiotics to get rid of.
