Weird vision

Does anybody else get weird vision with their anxiety? Sometimes I feel like my vision is slightly blurred! Others it feels like bright light is far too strong for me or sometimes I feel like everything seems Hazy? Anyone else get this ?

Yep. Sometimes I'm light sensitive been that way for 2 decades. I would wear sunglasses in stores with florescent lights. I also have film grain or like digital noise in my field of view. Some folks call it visual snow. Sometimes things seem hazy due to dry or overly wet eyes

So glad I'm not the only one! Mines worse if I'm tired or generally anxious!!! Awful hate feeling like this 😞
