Does anybody get twitches/pulses all over their body? When I looked it up on google it said about an aneurism etc scared the life out of me! I get them in my legs then they jump from different places in my body!!!! I hate it really freaks me out!!! Keep thinking there's something seriously wrong!!!!

Ahh that makes me feel a bit better!!!drives me mad because I keep finding bruises on my legs and keep thinking I've got a blood disorder or something really bad which is causing the pulsing in my legs stomach arms etc.... Sometimes my body is going crazy with them!!! I've suffered anxiety in the past but nothing on this level! This is a whole new experience!!! love that I found this site! Thanks to google

Hope you're well!

Aneurysm is a nice one to get from google. Most people find a lot worse...!

I've been twitching since 3 July this year - nearly 6 months. Sometimes it's like popcorn all over my body, sometimes a particular muscle is bouncing around, sometimes it's like restless legs.

Look up benign fasciculation syndrome. This is what it's likely to be - even though BFS is not really a disease as such, it's more when there's no real or obvious reason and it just happens. Other things come with it sometimes, like aches and pains because your muscles are tired from all that activity!

Mine flares up when I've had coffee, or when I'm resting. Alcohol, annoyingly, pretty much stops them.

It's so surprising how many others get exactly the same yet we all think we are diseased! Our poor heads are constantly doing over time on panic!!! Do you know what! Even if I ever feel normal again I'm still going to come on here to help others!!!! Thank you so much for your replys :hugs:

I've had shoulder/neck jerks for as long as I can remember randomly, sort of feels like a really strong shiver. Told my doctor about it and he said they're most likely tics and nothing to worry about
