i did it!

i am so proud of myself. i actually had my operation done yesterday.
its took 3 attempts but i actually managed it. i did refuse a general anasthetic but let them give me a local.
my anethatist was fantastic and was with me all the way. the surgeons were great and reassured me all the way through.
i know to most having a minor op is no big deal, but to someone suffering anxiety/panic attacks as we all know its a big deal.

anyway i did it so i'm well pleased.... of course now i,ve gone back to feeling anxious in case i now get my wound infected etc...oh well!!

Congrats! I hope you are feeling better. Take 1000mg vit C daily to help with the healing and also arnica highest dose.

just wonderd what op u had done i am worried if my meds are not working when i go back to hospital on 28feb they will say i need to have hystrectomy not sur how to spell that but any way haveing nightmares trish
