Stupidly went over board with the alcohol last night.....for the first time in a very long time. Just worried today as i only took one of my propranolol yesterday also worried that im gona be dead or something! Stupid health anxiety! I realise how stupid and foolish i was to even contemplate drinking while on medication so please dont scare me just hoping someone can relate and been okay! Not feeling unwell just a chronic worrier :(
