My left ear I can hear my heart beat. It's very light but if I lay down it gets louder. My head feels a bit dull of pressure. Idk what this is but since I noticed it I'm focusing on it more and it's driving me mad. Anyone get this and know how to make it stop??!?

That's the same for everyone I think.

It seems like when my heart rate increases I can hear it. I just carries a basket of laundry upstairs and felt like my heart was in my ear. This isn't anything to worry about?
