Hey, so one thing I've been wondering about for ages is whether what I experience is anxiety,
if I get a problem or new pain that scares me i seem to think I'm gonna die, i also have moments where for no reason at all i start saying "if" alot because i have a sudden sense of doom like I'm gonna due but i never do, i noticed it earlier when i said I'd send my friends cards next year "if i live till then but i doubt it" and i don't understand why i do it i also stay away from eating risky foods and get more on edge when something important is coming up because I'm trying to "stay alive" and I'm just not sire if its natural or anything,
i know I'm not making sense I'm sorry.
