I would like everyone a Happy Christmas as well and thanks for any inputs/comments to my various posts this year when I have needed advice.

I think im finding christmas quite difficult this year as Im still unWell and Im finding christmas a deadline of sorts and im ill organised even for family cards and presents. Also end of year reflections can easily lead to rumination as well
