New here and having stomach issues

Hi everyone. I am new here and looking for some support. I have major anxiety and am always thinking I am going to get cancer or something else major.

The last 2 days I've been having some discomfort around my belly button area. Almost as if someone is twisting right behind it or reaching inside my stomach. I've also been having heartburn and reflux the last few weeks. I am panicking that I have stomach cancer. :weep:

Try to calm down and schedule u an appointment with your doctor.I had a friend whose mother had stomach cancer and those symptoms were not what she had. Just try to relax and take some otc heartburn meds and wait for you doc appt.
