Hello. Im new here.

I wanted to say hello to everyone. I have G.A.D. I have dealt with anxiety and depression my entire adult life. For example, right now I am worried about my job as there have been some job cutbacks in my company and while I am told I am alright by my bosses I still live out this "worse case scenario" of "if I lost my job" and it drives me crazy. I feel like i'm shaking inside and my nerves are through the roof. I am so worn out from it too. Just need to find a way to relax. I know hobbies are good but I can't calm down enough to do anything. Sorry for the rant. Anyway, thanks for having me here.
