Monday I woke with a hangover but decide to have a few drinks for a family Christmas dinner, I'm not a huge drinker usually just a Saturday night. Tuesday I woke with a pounding head & then severe nausea, & extremely tired. Thought it was just a longer hangover & I'm just as bad today. Surely it's not still a hangover. My spine also hurts hoping it's from my bed though.. Just feel like for days now I've had a constant hangover or like I'm pregnant again which I'm not.

When blood molecules constrict in your head (during a headache) they get damaged. The more the damage, the longer the pain will last.

Also, you might just have some acute liver issues from getting all that alcohol through you in such a short time. It's perfectly normal.
