I have recently been offered a new job & I start on 4th Jan. I have given my notice/resignation at my current work place. My new job is something completely different and I think it has all only just kicked in and I started getting anxious this evening! I also started to feel slightly sick (I have a bit of a fear of being sick) I start to get anxious it makes me feel even more sick and then I get anxious about feeling sick so it's a vicious circle. I can feel my heart getting faster & faster! I can feel a panic attack coming on!! 😩😩
