left side of stomach fatter than right

When I stand up I can see that my left side of my stomach is a bit bigger than my right. I'm really skinny so it's pretty easy to see. I have found this out a few months ago and I don't really know if that's always been the case. My right ribcage sticks out more but I know it's always been like that. Any answers?

Reminds me of when I freaked out because I learned my lips are crooked. Finally I realized my nose is too so its normal. Heck I even looked at some old photos of myself and noticed I had been like that. Some people notice falts and small things. Maybe everybody with anxiety would be good at a quality control job.
