Hello, newbie here...

Hi, i thought I'd finally register after coming across this site so many times in the past (usually while googling symptoms, hoping to be convinced that I'm in fact not dying) It's always been a comfort to see that there are others just like me, suffering daily from crippling anxiety in all its forms. We're all on this big-ass scary boat together and it's nice not to be alone. That being said I would not wish anxiety on anyone, having come to understand how debilitating it can be. I have HA and over the past 4 years it has become very consuming and it not only affects my life but has a huge impact on those I love. Anyway, sorry about the long-winded introduction. Looking forward to meeting my fellow worriers :flowers: Susie x
