Does anywhere do Skype counselling?

Looking for counselling on Skype, as cheap as possible! I'm at such a low point that getting out to counselling isn't possible.

Yes, I've seen private services advertising offering these services. There are certainly Mindfulness online courses in group or individual sessions too.

I can't be sure without checking but I seem to recall AnxietyUK stating it was an option through their network on therapists. It would say on their members page which also takes you to detailed info about these services.

The NHS has been rolling out an over the phone CBT service as a couple of people on here have mentioned it. I guess they are finally waking up to the new millennium :winks:
