so I have a big fear of choking and today I tried a pot noodle which I managed to eat almost all of,
and shortly after I got a throbbing pain in the top middle and right side of my neck, the best I can explain it is it feels like an ear ache/slighty tickly of some sort,
and I was wondering if this is down to my anxiety or something because right now I'm panicking that it's down to swallowing my food wrong even though I took small fork fills, :/
