Painful zaps

I went to see a Gynecologist this morning to ask her about the electric shocks/zaps in my body that I've been having. She explained that this was not a classic symptom and couldn't help me. I have no idea what to do. A lot of the anxiety forums contradict what she has told me. This has made me very suicidal

I have had these before though maybe not in the same place but zaps are definitely an anxiety symptom xx
