Since I went into bad health anxiety and panic attacks I've lost a stone in 6 weeks!!! Don't seem to be gaining since I've started eating again properly either!!! Is this common amount to lose with major panic and anxiety? X

It's quite common to lose weight when under severe stress. Lack of appetite and increased stressed biological reaction causes the body to burn more calories. Once you calm down and your body returns to a more normal state, your weight will stabilize and you should be able to gain a few pounds. Just be sure to eat healthy.
