If feeling cold is your only symptom I doubt you're going to die. Being cold is a common symptom of anxiety, make sure you're eating enough and getting enough fluid.

What are some of your other symptoms ? Are you having chills ? Sweating a lot ?

I go hot and cold when I get properly anxious
