Help please!!

I am so anxious right now :( I'm terrified

I have a chest infection and sometimes I don't know if it's all in my head and anxiety related but it feels like I'm not fully breathing or its harder for me to breathe.

I'm so nervous :( it's night time right now and my parents are asleep but I'm just trying to get by.

I can't stop shaking because of the fear

Hi hun, have you got medication for your chest infection? They are horrible and your breathing might not be great, but you will get better with the antibiotics.

I am currently on antibiotics since Sunday. Still not feeling very good. Last night was so scary :(
