since two nights ago for no reason my chest and upper stomach just aches all over,
the left side of my chest and stomach are constantly aching but the belly and other side hurts when I suck in or move a certain way,
it feels like a pulled muscle but I'm not sure and I haven't walked anywhere since Saturday, I thought it was because I ate too much dairy(as I suspected I have lactose intolerance these days) because it started off as my stomach but now its changed and I don't quite know why
