I always find it helpful to write things down

In some cases I have written a pre meeting letter

If you think of it we only get 10 or 15 minutes so we have to try and have a sense of control rather than just saying "OK doc, one of the yellow ones, three times a day"

I am in the process of trying to get my doc to prescibe a "little mothers helper" and I have written down quite clearly what I want

heres hoping !!!

Hey Frankie,

I am the same I always write things down as I find it very hard to talk about some things. Also, if you write it all down you know you're not missing anything out. It's also good to write it down to see exactly what it is you want, and you have the paper as evidence of what has changed, how well you're doing, what you still need to do etc.

Well done for doing that, it's a good step in my opinion. :D

It's also really good that you're getting help, keep up the good work! :yesyes:
