Hope everyone is ok.just wanted to post a positive post
I was anxious about xmas day at my parents but after a hr of being there i was fine.i drank a bottle of brandy through the day and drank a glass of water after each brandy and by the evening time i felt fine and in control..had a great day and no hangover today or anxiety from it.
