Hi guys,
so, actually I have posted here before around two years ago about my tongue.

That time my tongue have something white in the middle.
These two years I didn't feel any uncomfortable so I just forget it.
And several months ago I got a sore throat, fever, and ate pretty much throat lozenge, specifically Strepsils Max.
After several day the sore throat and fever is gone but I feel uncomfortable in my tongue, and at first I think is about the throat lozenge because its taste pretty strong and can make tongue feel numbness.
But when I look into my tongue I found the white thing on my tongue is gone, now the area becomes pretty sensitive, and easy to get hurt if you eat sharp things like potato chips.
The area doesn't feel pain but its sensitive and I don't know why that white thing disappeared, not sure related to throat lozenge I had.
Any one know if this is normal?
