So my anxitey has been really good and AV been happy and not worrying about health issues for at least a month but then yesterday my breasts were hurting so I decided to check for lumps bad mistake I felt my breasts at the side . At the part were my rib cage is and I felt something hard I am 95% sure it's just bone from rib cage but I can't stop worrying what if it's a lump I got my sister to check for me and she said it's just bone so did my BF but I can't stop checking it part of my is sure they r wrong and it's a lump (am only 21 so I know cancer is slim on the breast but I can't stop overthinking it ) I just want to curl up in a ball and cry
