Arm ache

Hello

I'm kinda worried about sudden pain in my left arm while eating it started to get dull horrible pain as if my bone is hurting it hurts at the top and bottle in between inner and outer of my elbow and pain goes down my forearm or slightly upwards

Kinda worried as to what it is

I get this pain as I have a pinched nerve in my neck
Usually it tingles and feels dead for at least half an hour, sometimes hours and once it was so bad it lasted 5 days. Usage of NSAIDs and other treatments helps to subdue it

Does it get worse when you move your arm? It could be tension from holding it a certain way.

I get pains in my arms too. Yesterday I was getting a shooting pain down my left arm, but then I realised it was when I was lifting it up to look at my phone. I always find it useful to look at the physical causes for the pain, so what was I doing when it happened. More often than not I was actually physically moving my arm which would explain the pain.
