mouth cancer - blue bottom of tounge

Anxiety gone crazy.. Had a bad Xmas and HA come out. I was checking my tounge and underneath it was blue,not complete blue, but is blue veins under tounge a sign of mouth cancer?

Hi there, I'm fairly sure all veins are some sort of blue colour and that's normal.

Just had a look under my tongue and I've got them too!

I have lots of blue veins under my tongue. Normal!

Thanks!! Had a passing in the family and HA/anxiety has blown up! Think its that!
