Hey all i'm new here and wanted to share my recent experience. It first started when I suddenly woke from sleep and I had this sensation that my head was screaming...only way I can describe is like a thermometer or gauge in my head and it goes into the red. I physically get hot flushes and sort of get disconnected..only lasts a minute or so but just had one now and it freaked me out. Like I had no control of my mind.....anyone had anything similar?
