Hi guys,
Bit of background for you. I am a relatively healthy 24yo male. Don't smoke, only drink a few beers every other weekend ect.
About a month ago my HA kicked in after an uncomfortable night and a looming chest pain after. Two Doctors confirmed it was a chest wall pain that would subside. A third doctor was slightly more concerned with the anxiety esque symptoms this flared up and sent me for what was described as an MOT blood test. After second checking a minor (very minor) elevated level he gave me the all clear and out me on beta blockers to calm me down. However...
During the 3 week period this happened my HA got the better of me. Google diagnosed me with endless diseases, I secluded myself and more importantly didn't eat much...at all.
Now fast forward a few days and I am trying to overcome everything but all I seem to be able to concentrate on is my stomach noises and looser stool. Has anyone else been through a similar episode? And does anyone have any advice to combat it please?
