Very bad day of panic today.
I am so worried my exposure to asbestos is going to harm me I cannot function and am just crying.
My husband says prolonged exposure but internet says any exposure bad and

Honey are you getting any help with your anxiety. From your posts I wonder if CBT would be helpful to you.

Have diazepam, but when I have health anxieties I have to have tests/find out I am ok.
And not sure who to turn to tall about asbestos :(

You've gotta think about it this way: Can you do anything to change what exposure you may or may not have had in the past? Probably not. So worrying about what has already happened won't really do anything other than drain you of energy and make you miserable. Instead you learn from the past, go forward, and focus on treating the anxiety. Hope your day gets a bit better :hugs:
