good meditation/visualisation cds???

Hi, I use a CD which I got from a website called Meditainment - I think my CD is called 'total relaxation'. It has 3 x 20 minute guided visualisations which are really relaxing and do help to clear your mind. Sometimes I find if Im feeling anxious I just put the CD on via ipod and it calms me down pretty quickly.

Let me know if you can't find it and I'll post you the link - just that I'm being lazy upstairs at the moment and can't be bothered to go downstairs!
