Freaking out about neck and back pain

I'm really freaking out tonight over my neck and back pain it's just getting worse despite all my tries to relax and stretch it out. Even all my arms ache even my fingers. Feeling mega fed up and alone - anyone online to chat in chat room?

What sort of work do you do?

I used to work in an office and developed very bad pain across my shoulders and back which affected my arms, made them tingle and sometimes restricted movement etc. I stopped that job about 3 months ago and the pain is still there just a lot less, though I also work at a desk a lot still.
