Nervous.. as always!!

So my mom was sick with a type of the stomach flu on Tuesday. It's now Thursday and I am feeling weird. Do you think it's just my anxiety making myself feel this way?? My mom said that it came on fast with a really terrible back ache.. I don't know. I'm just scared. Would I already be sick by now?? Sorry I need to calm down!!

I think its because you are worrying you will get what your mum has. When my kids have a sickness bug, I get so scared I will get it, I get all anxious and feel sick, I even stop eating. My biggest fear is being sick.

The mind and anxiety can play horrible tricks on you.
