Another health concern! Breast cancer/ovarian cancer

Hey guys! Okay so you may have noticed my previous posts about moles. Now I have another one or two health concerns! As it is christmas season, I have been eating nothing but junk.. Chocolate, crisps, cakes etc. My bowels have been terrible, been very constipated and not going an awful lot. Anyhow, Wednesday morning I woke up and had this horrific pain in my stomach and lots of indigestion! I went toilet and took milk of magnesia which helped me go, but not fully. I am constipated again, got lots of gas and I've noticed my upper back and arms HURT and im not sure whether it is related to my breasts. Im not pregnant and I came off my period a week ago. I felt them for lumps and as far as I know i cannot feel.anything but now I am having the lower side symptoms Ive automatically got ovarian cancer in my head and tempted to pay 100£ for an ultrasound.. Even though I had one in June to check for any cysts and they said its healthy but can ovarian cancer become fatal in six months? I am such a horrible wreck right now. I am very sleepy all the time and constantly feel so down. HA really takes over my life :'(

Think you have answered your own question hun.

Eating junk is always going to cause havoc with your bowels.

Once you start eating normally again it will settle down.

Thanks so much for replying! Why do you think my back and breasts are hurting, though! 😔 I feel like it is my breast sometimes its one side and sometimes its the other!

My upper back hurts with trapped wind hun, it's like a sharp pain, generally along my bra strap line across my back, sometimes it's the front too. I've put it all down to digestion issues xx
