Dr prescribed me Prilosec and Carafate. I have taken Prilosec before but would like to know if anyone has exprencie with the Carafate. Apparently I have ulcers in my stomach. The only test preformed was a swallow of lidocaine mixture. The prescribing Dr was an ER doc. Should I wait on the Carafate until I can get in to see my regular physician. Kinda freaks me out knowing the medicine has aluminum in it.
