So this sounds a bit odd. But I'm freaking out. I was making a pitcher of crystal light, and after I poured the powder out of the packet, an entire plume of fruit punch powder basically circulated around the kitchen. I left my kitchen before continuing but now every time I breathe out I taste crystal light. My lungs also burn a little, as if I had a really bad cough.
I'm freaking out because I heard somewhere on Google that crystal light can cause cancer if inhaled. I'm trying to keep calm, but that's not going too well. It's been like 3 hours since.
