So we decided to move the kids bedrooms around but what started off as a quick hour turned into a full day event. I have started to feel very lightheaded after a little while doing quite a bit of physical activity, dismantling beds, hoovering, heavy lifting etc. Does anyone else get like this at one point I had to literally sit down as I thought I was about to pass out. Is this Anxiety or am I looking at something else here. Had my bloods etc checked about 6 months ago all was fine, BP all good, ecg fine.

When's the last time you exerted yourself like that?

That's the thing I'm pretty active, I have to be with having 4 kids lol. I go for brisk walks and jog occasionally.

Were you hydrated? Did you eat? You did say what started as an hour lasted a full day. That's a lot more exertion than a brisk walk or an occasional jog. There are dozens of reasons you could have felt that way, none of them sinister and in light of you saying you're pretty active and tests were normal, I would lean toward one of those reasons.

One thing I would examine is if you are breathing properly while exerting yourself.

I had similar issues in the past, and I found that it ended up because of two things:

-I tend to suck my beer gut in to feel better about my self image.
-I wore compression shirts

In doing so, I was unknowingly putting myself into a slight hyperventilation state throughout the day, where things like exercise and manual labor made me light headed and dizzy, and my health anxiety would take over.
