Hi, this is my first post so I'll try to make it quick. I'm 20 years old and suffer from health anxiety. It's been on and off for most of my life, but it's been constant for about 3 months now which is an unusual amount of time. Basically I worry about three main things; my head, my heart, and MS. I've been experiencing some of these sensationsites for years now and have just recently grabbed and held onto them. It's cooling/hot feeling in the back top of my head. I've gone for blood tests, they came back normal. I mentioned it to my Dr and he just said they weren't any syptoms really of anything. I have a friend who is the same way and had the cooling symptoms and said it's anxiety and that it's the nerves... I've just had the cooling ones before but the hot feelings are new and are freaking me out. My anxiety about this usually only comes out at night and that's usually when all the symptoms appear, or sometimes when I'm alone during the day.
