Hi everyone! I'm a 35yo mom living in the U.S. I suffer from gluten intolerance, GERD, GAD, HA and AvPD (avoidant personality disorder). My HA generally focuses on heart related issues. I also have a fear of doctors and avoid them at all costs. :blush: I am not on any medications and am dealing with things on my own with help from a therapist.

I found this forum several weeks ago during one of my meltdowns. It has been wonderful reading about others with similar symptoms and concerns and seeing such understanding and compassionate people and responses!
