Long coach ride DVT blood clot

I have just done a 20 hour coach ride and I am now very worried about getting DVT. I read about a woman who collapsed and died from a 4 hour coach journey from DVT. I'm on the pill which increases my risk. Also my calves do feel warm and my left one hurts. I'm exhausted and need to go to bed which means more inactivity. Ahh what do I do? :(

Thanks, in a rather dark hole with HA in the last few weeks :(
Atm I am totally convinced I have DVT and Ovarian cancer

It's hard to pull someone out of a deep hole, especially when you can't reach them. This is one of those times where you need to do that on your own by looking at the reality vs. the imaginary. The reality being the realistic odds (virtually nil) vs. your imagination and Dr. Google (you have every nasty in the world) ;)

Really... you're tired from a long journey. Get some much needed sleep and all will be much better in the morning.
