Hi guys,
My HA is starting to rap up again lately so I'm losing perspective on my symptoms again.
For about 2 months I've noticed a kind of pulsing ache that comes and goes, usually in my arms but can be shoulders, chest or back.
It's limited to a single small point, it'll throb/ache in that point for a few seconds, then stop and move somewhere else, then I will forget about it and for the rest of the day probably nothing more.
I started full contact martial arts about 3-4 months ago and I wonder if that is related, I had gotten some bad tendinitis from that which had caused severe aching pain from my forearms to my shoulders.
But part of me is already worrying about some kind of horrible neurological condition :( I'm seeing my dr in about a week about something else so I can mention it then but in the meantime I was wondering if this sounds normal and it's my HA talking?
