From about November to late December I was completely anxiety-free, but recently it came back(not as bad as it used to be.) My phobias are all rushing back, I can't eat some of my favorite foods like shrimp because I am too afraid I will have a severe allergic reaction and die. My head will make up any scenario to make it seem like everything can kill me, and I recently as childish as it sounds developed fear of the dark and heavily hallucinate when I am in the dark, making me sleep with the light on. The only one I haven't come back which I am thankful for is panic attacks, they were the absolute worst. I was charged more money than I could count from my trips to the E.R.
