Morning,
Hope everyone had a good Christmas and New Year period.
I've found over the past few days my anxiety has went through the roof.
I have arranged to go on a date with a girl this coming Saturday, but have this overwhelming feeling for whatever reason that she will pull out and I'll be back to square one.
It feels ridiculous and like I'm putting way too much pressure on this and I'm not sure if this is down to my anxiety being high or not.
Not really sure what I'm hoping to achieve posting this on here, but any words of wisdom would be appreciated.
