I woke up today with a sore throat. Not exactly sore, but it`s like it`s about to become sore, if that makes sense. It`s like i can feel it will become sore soon. I have some strange sensation when i swallow.
I don`t know if it`s real or it`s an anxiety symptom because my brother is sick with the cold now, so it makes sence that i `m only making it up in my head. I don`t know, my throat just doesn`t feel really well .
Now it isn`t the right time to get sick cause i really need my voice to be ok in a week or so and i can`t allow myself to stay at home.
So please tell me what to do before it becomes really bad? Some vitamins or some special drinks, tea?

gargle salt water, drink something soothing like chamomile and honey tea, stay hydrated basically drink looads lol, stay well rested, and vitamin c always helps so get some orange juice or tablets , stay energized, and remain happy positive and active x
