Lower back pain...at my wits end with it

Seriously - I know lower back pain is common and it goes away on its own, but it wants to bloody hurry up - it's preventing me from going to the gym and I'm flying on Friday, pain is bad today which is a shame because the last couple of days it's seemed like it's been on the way out seen two different GPs about this and they weren't worried, so I guess I'm not worried (much) but my god is it annoying

I had that start up yesterday on right side exactly where the sciatic nerve is.. I feel the pain when I stand up or bend too far one direction.
