Stress induced lip and eye swelling please help me!

After my post yesterday (which ive had no reply) im trying to calm myself down... My doctor agress stress has made this recent hive episode worse but i dont know how to stop worrying! Im finding it really hardbto find the links between stress and allergy! Someone please help x

I'm not a doctor, but I'm pretty sure when you're stressed this weakens your immune system, which makes you more prone to illness and allergies worse
