Right Side pain under rib?

I get this horrible pain on my right side just under my ribs it feels like a dull/toothache type pain it comes and goes and I notice I get a lot of gas at the same time. It's a really horrible type pain and when it comes on it makes me panic. Anyone else have this or can shed a bit of light on it? I've had Ultrasound and bloods etc.

I have that, at least... I did. It was for about a year and would come and go. Right now it doesn't hurt, but it can do at times. With the gas, it could easily be related to that. i get a lot of indegestion and my posture is pretty poor.

Very much doubt it's serious what with the ultrasound and bloods. Keep an eye on it, but know you're not alone.
