Does anyone find there health anxiety has affected there body image? I'm not a big girl 5ft 2 I weigh 9st 10lb but I find ok always obsessing over my weight and how I look I always feel fat yet other people tell me I'm
Not which I know I'm not by sub consciously I think I am I try to avoid junk food but then I find I'm comforting eating and eating for the sake of it it's like I can't escape the health anxiety.
